About our service
Cascais Concierge provides private lifestyle management and personal concierge coordination for individuals and families in the Cascais, Lisbon and Oeiras areas. We act as a single trusted point of contact who plans, coordinates, delegates and follows through on the practical details of everyday life. We are a coordination service and are not a recruitment agency, a care institution or a cleaning company.
Enquiries and consultations
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a binding agreement. It is an invitation for us to contact you to discuss your needs. Any services are agreed separately and individually with each client.
Professional applications
Independent professionals who apply to join our network do so as independent collaborators, not as employees. Submitting an application does not guarantee assignments or collaboration. All applicants go through a selection and verification process, and inclusion in our network is at our discretion.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our forms, and to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
Fees
Fees for services are discussed and agreed individually, based on the nature and scope of the support required. No fees are due simply for making an enquiry.
Limitation of liability
While we take great care in coordinating trusted professionals and services, Cascais Concierge acts as a coordinator. Services delivered by independent professionals remain the responsibility of those professionals. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited accordingly.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Cascais Concierge and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent Portuguese courts.
